Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were deluxe and spacious, perfect for my tired family coming back from Korea, with all modern fittings. The service was top-notch, with the staff being warm and friendly and extremely helpful, especially in purchasing tickets for the Snoopy Museum. The location, although a bit far, was stunning and worth spending time in, especially with the 'Sea of Clouds' display in the evenings. The dining experience was good, although there was a slight issue with the pricing. Overall, a great value for the money.
I was impressed by the spacious rooms at the hotel, but it was disappointing to have to pay an extra USD 280 for just three additional hours. The service was excellent, especially in helping us purchase tickets for the Snoopy Museum. The tranquil surroundings helped me sleep better, and the location was convenient being just a short cab ride to the subway. Despite some drawbacks, it felt like a tranquil oasis in the city.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice view, perfect for families with children. The bathrooms are gorgeous, and the location, while a bit challenging to access with luggage via public transportation, is in a quiet suburb of Fabulous Tokyo with a lovely garden view. The service is exceptional, immersing guests in Japanese culture, and the dining experience, though with room for improvement in availability and quality, offers a taste of Mediterranean dishes. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and great views.
The outstanding service makes for a memorable stay, though the dining options could be more affordable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, there were issues with bugs and a connecting room. The hotel's proximity to the wedding banquet halls was convenient. The service had its highs and lows, from clear instructions for using the onsen bath to a concerning incident with a staff member coughing. The hotel's location was somewhat off-center but manageable, with easy access to the subway for reaching the Imperial Palace. The dining options were subpar, with limited offerings despite the inclusion confusion, but there was one highlight with one of the best Japanese breakfasts I've had. Overall, the facilities were decent with expected amenities, although there were some letdowns in the dining and room aspects.
The hotel rooms were spacious and filled with extras like two robes, top brand toiletries, and a large nice bathroom, making it very comfortable for a family of three. However, the dining experience could have been better with a limited 3300 ¥ voucher only providing a small discount for a family.
This English Castle Romance hotel was a delightful experience with its large and beautiful rooms, complete with nice toiletries, making it a perfect stay. The staff's great service, especially from the concierge team, added to our immersion in the Japanese culture and made our stay excellent. The hillside location offered serene views of the gardens, though it was a bit of a trek. While the dining experience had some drawbacks like the limited breakfast options, the overall facilities were satisfactory, maintaining the property's charm.
The hotel offers gorgeous views, spacious rooms, and quality amenities. The service was top-class and very friendly, enhancing our immersion in the Japanese culture. The location, overlooking the gardens, provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling Tokyo atmosphere. However, the dining experience, despite including breakfast, was not the best option for us, and there were minor inconveniences with the included dining voucher. The facilities were well-equipped with various services available at hand.
